Description
Special hybrid on-grid set with energy storage 15kWh
Principle of operation of the system:
Photovoltaic panels charge the energy storage in sunny weather via an off-grid inverter.
At the time specified by us, the PV panel simulator is turned on, drawing energy from the energy storage via the off-grid inverter. It powers the on-grid inverter via the MPPT input.Energy is sent to the grid until it is switched off by a smart socket or until the energy storage is exhausted (the degree of use of the energy storage is set on the off-grid inverter)
The panel simulator has adjustable power (service access only), so the power transferred to the on-grid inverter can be set and adjusted to our consumption in order to maximize self-consumption.
What are the benefits of using this photovoltaic system:
1.We use a classic cheap on-grid inverter 1-fazowy
2. cheap and easy installation of the system 1-fazowego
3.Inverter usage for 24 hours per day (not a maximum of 8 hours per day)
4.We install an additional cheap and easy to configure off-grid inverter.
5.We install a panel simulator that only requires connection to our WiFi network and setting the hours of energy consumption from the warehouse
6.We report the on-grid inverter 2,5kW and energy storage to the power plant
7.By accumulating energy during the day and releasing it in the evening and at night, we increase self-consumption, and as a result, we do not have to buy expensive energy in the evening and sell it during the day for pennies (in the net-billing system)
8.We solve the problem of too high voltage in the network.During the day we send no (or very little) energy to the grid. The off-grid inverter stores it in the battery. In the evening, the voltage drops and we can send energy without a problem.
9.The energy stored in the battery can be used in UPS mode in the event of a public network failure 230V
How to install and configure this system optimally:
To the first MPPT of the on-grid inverter we connect a string of 8 PV panels by 550W,, which gives the actual maximum power in Polish conditions less than 3600W
We connect the panel simulator to the second MPPT.The factory setting is the maximum power 2000W (the actual power sent to the inverter is approximately 1900W).Before shipping to the customer, our service may set a lower power.
We connect the off-grid inverter with the energy storage 16kWh.We connect the panel simulator to the output of the off-grid inverter. The inverter output is a typical 230V full sine wave, so you can also connect other home appliances to the output, but with a total power that does not exceed 4kW (the inverter power is 6kW, but the power of the connected simulator is 2kW).
4kW of the off-grid inverter output power can be used as UPS backup power.
The input of the off-grid inverter on 230V can be connected to the public grid 230V, but there is no justification for this (only in the event of an emergency need to charge the battery).
In the off-grid inverter we set:
1. as power source only PV panels (charging from the 230V network does not make sense, but is possible)
2. maximum battery charging power
3. battery voltage range from 49V to 55V (from 5% to 95%) to extend battery life.Of course, you can reduce these ranges to leave, for example, 3kWh in case of a power failure in the morning and to work as a UPS.
In the panel simulator we set the working time every day from 18:00 to 23:00 (5 hours after 2kW, to 10kWh).The remaining capacity is for a smaller voltage range and reserve for UPS operation.Of course, you can set different hours and different power. It is worth remembering that in a modern home a fairly large amount of energy is constantly consumed by connected power supplies (TV, radio, chargers, sensors, WiFi network, routers, alarm, cameras). This constant power consumption is approximately 500W, or even more.It is worth checking the meter to see how much power is consumed by the house at night or when no one is at home.
NOTE: Electrical protection and mounting system are not included in this kit. This is an additional cost of approximately 2300 PLN.Of course, we have this assortment and will prepare a complete offer according to your requirements.
