Spotify Camp Nou Chooses Salicru for Critical Power Backup
FC Barcelona has entrusted Salicru with providing 100% of the Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems for the renovated Spotify Camp Nou stadium. The installation includes 15 three-phase units with a total power of 3.600 kW, covering critical loads such as field lighting, LaLiga infrastructure, data centers, IT rooms, press systems, security, ticketing devices, Barça Museum, and store. Most of the UPS systems are from the SLC ADAPT2 range, with approximately 20% being SLC CUBE4 units. The installation ensures high energy availability and reliability, with Salicru handling manufacturing, installation, testing, startup, and ongoing maintenance. This project is part of Salicru's growth in 2024, marking 60 years of operation and achieving a record turnover of 101 million euros.
